This policy explains what personal data NIMBLE SOFTWARE LAB LTD. handles and why.

Who is responsible

For the data of your customers — the people who message, order from or book with your business — you, the seller, are the controller and WizzenAI is the processor: we handle their data only to provide the service on your instructions. For your account, your team and your billing data, NIMBLE SOFTWARE LAB LTD. is the controller.

What we collect and why

Account and billing data (name, login email, business details, plan and payment records) to run your account and charge for it. Messages, orders, bookings and the details your customers share, so your assistants can answer and serve them. Meta and Google data from the Pages, accounts and Sheets you connect, used only to provide the service.

We never sell personal data and never use it to train AI models. Data we receive through Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

Customer chats are kept for 12 months after their last message; you can keep them 3 / 6 / 12 / 24 months from Settings → Privacy & data. Orders are kept while your account is active. When you close a business, its data is deleted after 30 days. Backups expire within 35 days, application logs within 90 days, and the activity log within 365 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, export it or delete it from Settings → Privacy & data. Your customers can ask your shop, or write to us at [email protected], and we will pass the request to the shop.
