What an assistant can do

It answers your customers from your own knowledge, products, prices, stock, delivery rules and orders. It can take an order and pass a payment question to you. It never says a payment is received; only your own gateway's confirmation or a person marks an order paid.

What an assistant cannot do

It can't set prices or discounts. It can't show one customer another customer's data. It can't see data from a business it doesn't belong to.

How it talks to your customers

The first message tells the customer they are talking to an AI assistant. If they ask for a person, in their own words, the chat moves to your team. AI can make mistakes; check important numbers.
