Connect Google Sheets

Before you start

• Keep your product list in a Google Sheet with the column names in the first row, such as name, price, stock, variant and SKU.
• WizzenAI asks Google only for the Google Sheets you choose. It cannot see your other files.

Steps

1. In WizzenAI, open Integrations, find Google Sheets and choose Connect.
2. Sign in to Google in the window that opens and allow access to the sheets you choose.
3. Choose the sheet to use.
4. Under Match your columns, choose which column is the name, price, stock, variant and SKU. Choose Don't import for a column you do not need. The first row is read as the column names.
5. Choose Import. When it finishes you see how many rows were imported and that the sheet syncs every hour.
6. Choose Done.

Good to know

• You can change how often the sheet syncs (every hour, every 6 hours or once a day), or sync at once with Sync now, in the Google Sheets settings.
• Imported rows appear in Products for you to review.

If something goes wrong

• The sheet is not listed. Make sure you picked it when Google asked which sheets to share. You can reconnect and choose again.
• The connection shows an error. Google may have ended the access. Open the Google Sheets page in Integrations and choose Reconnect with Google.
• Prices or stock look wrong. Check that the right columns are matched, and that numbers in the sheet are plain numbers.
