Connect SSLCommerz
Before you start
- You need your own SSLCommerz merchant account. Payments go to your account, not to WizzenAI.
- Have your Store ID and Store password ready. SSLCommerz sends them to you when your store is set up.
- Only the business Owner can connect a payment gateway.
Steps
- In WizzenAI, open Integrations, find SSLCommerz and choose Connect.
- Choose the mode. Sandbox lets you test with fake money first. Live takes real payments. Start with Sandbox if you are not sure.
- Enter the Store ID and Store password.
- WizzenAI checks the details with SSLCommerz. No real charge is made.
- Choose Done.
You do not need to register any address in the SSLCommerz merchant panel. WizzenAI sends the address for payment notifications with every payment.
What happens next
- Assistants can send a payment link for an order.
- When the customer pays, SSLCommerz tells WizzenAI and the order is marked Paid.
- When to ask for payment first is decided in Business knowledge, under Payments.
If something goes wrong
- The check fails. Make sure the Store ID and password match the mode you chose. Sandbox and Live use different details.
- You moved from Sandbox to Live. Open the SSLCommerz page in Integrations, switch the mode and enter the live details.
