What may not be done with WizzenAI.

You may not use WizzenAI for illegal goods or services, prohibited or counterfeit goods, scams or fake reviews. You may not send spam or promotional broadcasts: outside the 24-hour customer-service window we send only approved message templates, and we never message people who have not written first. You may not use the Sales Agent as a general-purpose chatbot, which WhatsApp's Business policy forbids. You may not collect card numbers, passwords or national ID numbers in chat.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
