These terms govern the use of WizzenAI, provided by NIMBLE SOFTWARE LAB LTD., 345/1, Block B, Flat A5, Khilgaon, Dhaka 1219, Bangladesh. By creating an account or using WizzenAI you agree to them.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed per account and cover the number of businesses the plan includes. A plan is monthly or yearly and renews automatically until it is cancelled. Monthly credits reset each billing period. Top-up credits expire after 90 days.

WizzenAI never holds sellers' or customers' money. Customer payments go straight to the seller's own gateway account. WizzenAI charges only its own subscription and credit fees.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the businesses you run on WizzenAI: you must hold the rights to every Facebook Page, Instagram account and WhatsApp number you connect; you must follow Meta's and WhatsApp's rules; and you are responsible for your prices, products, delivery, refunds and the way you take payments from your customers.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend an account that breaks it.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
