Data Processing Agreement

This agreement covers the personal data that NIMBLE SOFTWARE LAB LTD., 345/1, Block B, Flat A5, Khilgaon, Dhaka 1219, Bangladesh, processes for sellers on WizzenAI. It sits between you (the seller and controller of your customers' data) and WizzenAI (the processor).

Our commitments

We process personal data only on your documented instructions, and only to provide the service. Our staff are bound by confidentiality. We access customer data only with support access turned on and every access is written to the activity log. We may sample conversations for quality only where you have opted in.

Sub-processors

We use the sub-processors listed on the Sub-processors page. A new sub-processor, or a change to one, is announced at least 30 days before it is used, and you can object. Every account owner is emailed ahead of the change. Removals need no notice.

Security and breach notice

We protect the data with encryption in transit and at rest and with the controls described on the Security page. If a breach affects your data, we tell you without undue delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

Ending the agreement

When the agreement ends we delete or return the data, and you can export it from Settings → Privacy & data during the 30-day retention period.

International transfers

We host the service in Singapore and transfer EU and UK data under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. Our EU representative is not yet appointed and our UK representative is not yet appointed.
