How to ask for your data to be deleted.

Sellers

In WizzenAI, open Settings → Privacy & data → Delete business, or disconnect the Page from the same screen. Closing a business removes its data after 30 days.

Customers

People who messaged, ordered from or booked with a shop can ask the shop to delete their data, or email us at [email protected] with the Page name and the Facebook name they used, and we will pass the request to every business connected to that Page. Deletion is confirmed within 30 days.

You can check the status of a request at /legal/deletion/status?code=. Meta sends its deletion callback to the URL configured in the Meta app.

What we keep and for how long

Customer chats are kept for 12 months after their last message (3 / 6 / 12 / 24 months by the seller's choice). Orders stay while the account is active. A closed business's data is deleted after 30 days. Backups expire within 35 days, application logs within 90 days, and the activity log within 365 days.
